Resumen
El estudio se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre el control interno y la gestión de inventarios en la Empresa Constructora Condial E.I.R.L.; para lograr este objetivo, se empleó un enfoque metodológico cuantitativo de tipo básico, asimismo, el nivel fue correlacional y el diseño no experimental de corte transversal, bajo estos criterios se tomó como población y muestra de estudio a 60 trabajadores de la empresa constructora Condial E.I.R.L., con un muestreo no probabilístico de quienes se obtuvo la información aplicándoles una encuesta con su debido cuestionario de preguntas para conocer la situación actual de la variables en la empresa. Con el análisis de datos en SPSS.
