| dc.description.abstract | La tesis “Gestión administrativa y calidad de servicio de la Municipalidad Provincial de Cañete, año 2019”, se demostró que con una adecuada Gestión mejora la calidad de servicio de los trabajadores del municipio en cuanto a la atención a los contribuyentes por sus colaboradores. Se utilizó el tipo de investigación Aplicada, enfoque cualitativo, no experimental, método descriptivo, correlacional, transversal, la encuesta y el cuestionario fue la técnica y el instrumento validado y confiable. Población fue 534 colaboradores del municipio, siendo 65 encuestados como muestra no probabilística por conveniencia a la investigación. Los resultados obtenidos fue que existe incidencia favorable de la gestión administrativa la calidad de servicio, en los trabajadores que laboran en las diferentes áreas y en la solución de los trámites administrativos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis "Administrative management and quality of service of the Provincial Municipality of Cañete, year 2019", it was demonstrated that with an adequate Management, the quality of service of the workers of the municipality improves in terms of attention to taxpayers by their collaborators. The type of Applied research was used, a qualitative, non-experimental approach, a descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional method, the survey and the questionnaire was the technique and the validated and reliable instrument. Population was 534 collaborators of the municipality, being 65 surveyed as a non-probabilistic sample for convenience to the investigation. The results obtained were that there is a favorable incidence of administrative management, the quality of service, in the workers who work in the different areas and in the solution of administrative procedures. | |
