dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar en qué medida el Sistema Web SAGRUD favorece el tiempo de registro de documentos en la Gestión Documental en la Subgerencia de Programas Sociales en la Municipalidad Distrital de Calango, Cañete 2024. Siendo la problemática general ¿En qué medida un Sistema Web SAGRUD mejora la Gestión Documental en la Subgerencia de Programas Sociales en la Municipalidad Distrital de Calango, Cañete 2024? La presente investigación utilizó la metodología Scrum, empleando una metodología de investigación aplicada y un diseño pre experimental. Este enfoque permitió evaluar la eficacia del sistema implementado mediante la aplicación de un pre-test y un posttest. Para el desarrollo del sistema se utilizaron los lenguajes de programación PHP y HTML, mientras que para la gestión de la base de datos se empleó MySQL. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la observación y la encuesta y para los instrumentos fue la ficha de observación y el cuestionario. Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos evidencian mejoras significativas en el tiempo de registro, con una reducción de 3.90 minutos, en el tiempo de búsqueda, con una disminución de 2 minutos, y en el nivel de satisfacción, aumentó el 66.7%. Se concluye que la implementación del Sistema Web SAGRUD mejora la gestión documental en la Subgerenciade Programas Sociales en la Municipalidad Distrital de Calango, Cañete 2024, impulsando mejoras en la eficiencia y efectividad. Se sugiere continuar empleando y perfeccionando el sistema para mantener el impulso del impacto positivo en la institución.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis was to determine to what extent the SAGRUD Web System favors the time of document registration in Document Management in the Sub-Management of Social Programs in the District Municipality of Calango, Cañete 2024. The general problema being: To what extent a SAGRUD Web System improves Document Management in the Deputy Management of Social Programs in the District Municipality of Calango, Cañete 2024? This research used the Scrum methodology, employing an applied research methodology and a pre-experimental design. This approach allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented system by applying a pre-test and a post-test. The PHP and HTML programming languages were used to develop the system, while MySQL was used to manage the database. The data collection technique was observation and the survey and for the instruments it was the observation sheet and the questionnaire. Finally, the results obtained show significant improvements in registration time, with a reduction of 3.90 minutes, in search time, with a decrease of 2 minutes, and in the level of satisfaction, an increase of 66.7%. It is concluded that the implementation of the SAGRUD Web System improves document management in the Sub-Management of Social Programs in the District Municipality of Calango, Cañete 2024, promoting improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. It is suggested to continue using and perfecting the system to maintain the momentum of positive impact on the institution..
