Abstract
The present research work presented as a general objective to determine the relationship between human talent management and organizational behavior in the collaborators of a service education entity, Nuevo Imperial, 2024. The study was of a basic type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational level, quantitative approach and hypothetical-deductive method; Likewise, the population consisted of 70 collaborators and a census sample was used using two questionnaires as instruments, having a reliability of 0.819 for human talent management and 0.864 organizational behavior, carried out through Cronbach's alpha, which were validated by 03 experts on the subject. For data analysis, descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the levels and scales, and inferential statistics to contrast the hypotheses using Spearman's non-normal Rho test. Regarding the results, with respect to the variable Human Talent Management, it is observed that almost half of the collaborators (45.71%) perceive it as having a low level, 41.43% perceive it as having a medium level and 12.86% indicate that it is at a high level. Regarding Organizational Behavior, it is observed that almost half of the collaborators (47.14%) reflect a poor level, 37.14% reflect a regular level and 15.71% an efficient level. Regarding the relationship between the variables, a significance value of 0.000 and a Rho coefficient of 0.696 were obtained. This allowed us to conclude that there is a moderate and significant positive relationship between the study variables.
