Abstract
La investigación sobre la gestión de los sistemas de información y la toma de decisiones de los funcionarios en el Municipalidad Distrital de Asia en el año 2023, se orientó a estudiar la problemática que presenta la organización a través de la observación, cuyo objetivo general es determinar de qué manera la gestión de los sistemas de información se relación con la toma de decisiones de los funcionarios en la Municipalidad Distrital de Asia, periodo 2023; la presente tesis tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental – transversal, es decir, en un solo momento y un nivel descriptivo – correlacional que permite identificar la relación entre las variables en estudio; la investigación usó la técnica de encuesta con el instrumento de cuestionario para una muestra de 100 funcionarios de la Municipalidad Distrital de Asia; la información obtenida de proceso y analizo por medio de los programas de Excel y SPSS obteniendo como resultado un alfa de Cronbach de 0.835 para la variable sobre gestión de los sistemas de información y un 0.819 para la variable toma de decisiones con un nivel de significancia de 0.01. Por ello, se llegó a la conclusión de que la gestión de los sistemas de información se relaciona positivamente con la toma de decisiones de los funcionarios en la Municipalidad Distrital de Asia en el año 2023.
The research on the management of information systems and decision-making of officials in the Asia District Municipality in 2023 was aimed at studying the problems presented by the organization through observation, whose general objective is to determine How the management of information systems is related to the decision-making of officials in the District Municipality of Asia, period 2023; This thesis has a quantitative approach, non-experimental – transversal design, that is, at a single moment and a descriptive – correlational level that allows identifying the relationship between the variables under study; The research used the survey technique with the questionnaire instrument for a sample of 100 officials of the Asian District Municipality; the information obtained from the process and analyzed through the Excel and SPSS programs, resulting in a Cronbach's alpha of 0.835 for the information systems management variable and 0.819 for the decision making variable with a significance level of 0.01.aTherefore, it was concluded that the management of information systems is positively related to the decision-making of officials in the Asia District Municipality in the year 2023.
