| dc.description.abstract | El propósito de la investigación fue determinar cómo se relacionan el turismo de aventura y satisfacción del turista en agencias de viaje en Lunahuaná, Cañete 2024. La pesquisa se desarrolló en el distrito de Lunahuaná, una zona reconocida por su oferta de actividades de aventura como: trekking, rafting, escalada, etc. Bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño correlacional, el estudio se llevó a cabo mediante la aplicación de una encuesta a los turistas, y una muestra no probabilística conformada por 377 turistas que visitaron Lunahuaná, utilizando dos cuestionarios previamente validados y consolidados con una alta fiabilidad en una muestra representativa de turistas. Se logró identificar los elementos más valorados en la experiencia de los turistas y los aspectos en el menor o mayor nivel de impacto en la satisfacción general. Por lo tanto, los resultados confirman la alta dependencia de la satisfacción del turista de varios factores tales como la calidad del servicio brindada por los operadores turísticos, las condiciones de seguridad que rodean la realización de actividades y la fuerza de la conexión emocional con el entorno natural. Los resultados descriptivos revelaron que el 65.5% de los turistas creen que el turismo de aventura tiene un alto nivel, mientras que el 62.3% opinan lo mismo del turista satisfecho. Para los resultados inferenciales se realizó la prueba estadística no paramétrica Rho Spearman y se obtuvo un valor de 0,806, por lo tanto, se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva alta entre el turismo de aventura y la satisfacción del turista, asimismo, se ha Sig =0,000 que es menor al 5%=0,05, y eso implica que los datos sean estadísticamente significativos. | dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to determine how adventure tourism and tourist satisfaction with travel agencies in Lunahuaná, Cañete, are related. The research was conducted in the district of Lunahuaná, an area renowned for its adventure activities such as trekking, rafting, climbing, and more. Using a quantitative approach and correlational design, the study was conducted by administering a survey to tourists and a non-probability sample of 377 tourists who visited Lunahuaná. The survey used two previously validated and consolidated questionnaires with high reliability among a representative sample of tourists. The study identified the most valued elements of the tourist experience and the aspects with the lowest or greatest impact on overall satisfaction. Therefore, the results confirm the high dependence of tourist satisfaction on several factors such as the quality of service provided by tour operators, the safety conditions surrounding the activities, and the strength of the emotional connection with the natural environment. The descriptive results revealed that 65.5% of tourists believe that adventure tourism is of a high standard, while 62.3% of satisfied tourists hold the same opinion. For the inferential results, the nonparametric statistical test Rho Spearman was performed and a value of 0.806 was obtained. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a high positive correlation between adventure tourism and tourist satisfaction.
