dc.description.abstractEl sistema web es un software desarrollado en la metodología XP, como tal busca mejorar el proceso logístico, su aplicación surgió de la necesidad de la empresa de contar con un Sistema web para el mejor control de inventario en almacén. El trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de un sistema web en el proceso logístico de la empresa SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, en la ciudad de Abancay, 2023. Siendo el problema general ¿En qué medida el Sistema Web influye en el proceso logístico de la empresa SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, en la ciudad de Abancay, 2023?. Se aplicó la metodología XP como una alternativa ágil y dinámica que se basa en iteraciones y revisiones continuas con el usuario. El tipo de investigación empleado fue la aplicada y el diseño pre experimental, la muestra de estudio estuvo constituido por 20 registros y el instrumento de recojo de información fue la ficha de registro. Los resultados muestran que la exactitud de inventario en el proceso logístico tuvo en el pretest un 11,05% y en el post test un 16,80%, teniendo una mejora del 5,75% y la rotación de inventario en el proceso logístico tuvo en el pre test una mejora del 10% después de la implementación web. Se concluye que la influencia de implementar un sistema web fue positiva en el proceso logístico de la empresa SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, se recomienda realizar más investigaciones relacionadas a los problemas que se analizaron en la presente investigación, de tal manera que se podrían emplear otros indicadores y ampliar los resultados conseguidos para la mejora del proceso logístico.
dc.description.abstractThe web system is a software developed in the XP methodology, as such it seeks to improve the logistics process, its application arose from the company's need to have a web system for better warehouse inventory control. The objective of the work was to determine the influence of a web system on the logistics process of the company SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, in the city of Abancay, 2023. The general problem being: To what extent does the Web System influence the logistics process of the company SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, in the city of Abancay, 2023? The XP methodology was applied as an agile and dynamic alternative that is based on iterations and continuous review with the user. The type of research used was applied and pre-experimental design, the study sample consisted of 20 records and the instrument for collecting information was the record sheet. The results show that the inventory accuracy in the logistics process had an improvement of 5.75% and the inventory rotation in the logistics process had an improvement of 10% after the web implementation. It is concluded that the influence of implementing a web system was positive in the logistics process of the company SYSTEM PHONE JOSHUA, it is recommended to carry out more research related to the problems that were analyzed in this research, in such a way that other indicators could be used and expand the results obtained to improve the logistics process..
