| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue desarrollada con el objetivo de determinar de qué manera el comportamiento organizacional se relaciona con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cerro Azul, Cañete 2023. El tipo de investigación fue básica con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental- transversal y nivel correlacional. Se estudió la relación entre las variables comportamiento organizacional y desempeño laboral, así también las dimensiones correspondientes de cada variable. La población de estudio, estuvo conformado por los 114 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cerro Azul, y aplicando la fórmula de muestra probabilística dio como resultado un total 88 trabajadores de la entidad conformado por el personal administrativo. Los datos obtenidos se procesaron y analizaron a través del programa Excel y del programa estadístico SPSS versión 29. Para determinar la correlación entre las variables se empleó la prueba paramétrica de Rho de Spearman, obteniéndose un valor P valor = 0.000, es decir un P < 0.05, demostrando que el comportamiento organizacional se relaciona con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cerro Azul. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was developed with the aim of determining how organizational behavior is related to the work performance of workers in the District Municipality of Cerro Azul, Cañete 2023. The type of research was basic with a quantitative approach, non-experimental-cross-sectional design and correlational level. The relationship between the variables organizational behavior and work performance was studied, as well as the corresponding dimensions of each variable. The study population was made up of the 114 workers of the District Municipality of Cerro Azul, and applying the probabilistic sample formula resulted in a total of 88 workers of the entity made up of administrative staff. The data obtained were processed and analyzed through the Excel program and the SPSS version 29 statistical program. To determine the correlation between the variables, Spearman's parametric Rho test was used, obtaining a P value = 0.000, that is, a P < 0.05, demonstrating that organizational behavior is significantly related to the work performance of workers in the District Municipality of Cerro Azul. | |
