| dc.description.abstract | La presente la investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación del clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Lunahuaná. La investigación fue de tipo básica con un diseño descriptivo, no experimental, correlacional y transversal con un enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Lunahuaná. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de 2 cuestionarios de elaboración propia para cada variable de estudio según la escala de Likert. Para el análisis descriptivo e inferencial de los datos se utilizaron los programas Microsoft Excel y el estadístico SPSS 25. Por otro lado, para determinar la correlación entre las variables se aplicó el coeficiente de Rho Spearman. Los resultados mostraron que existe una correlación de 0,713 entre las variables de estudio, lo que refleja un nivel de correlación positiva fuerte entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño, por lo que se concluye que, si existe una relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Lunahuaná, 2022. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research aimed to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job performance of employees at the Lunahuana District Municipality. The research was basic in nature with a descriptive, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 60 employees of the Lunahuana District Municipality. Data collection was carried out through 2 self-designed questionnaires for each study variable based on the Likert scale. For descriptive and inferential data analysis, the Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25 statistical programs were used. On the other hand, to determine the correlation between variables, the Spearman Rho coefficient was applied. Results showed that there is a correlation of 0.713 between the study variables, reflecting a strong positive correlation between organizational climate and job performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and job performance of employees of the Lunahuana District Municipality, 2022. | |
