Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar de qué manera la gestión del talento humano se asocia con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Inclusiva, Quilmaná 2023. Se utilizó la investigación básica, de nivel correlacional, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y método cuantitativo; el universo de la población sometida a estudio fue de 62 colaboradores. La técnica utilizada para la investigación fue la encuesta tipo censal, no probabilística y el muestreo por conveniencia, tuvo como instrumento el cuestionario, con ello, se absolvió los cuestionamientos de cada variable, se identificó una fiabilidad muy alta en ambas variables, según coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach con un valor de 0,860. Los datos recopilados han sido procesados mediante la utilización del programa SPSS y Excel, los resultados obtenidos se presentan mediante tablas y figuras que son parte de la presente investigación. Se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica de Spearman, con respecto al nivel de significancia entre ambas variables fue <0,001 menor a 0,05, donde se afirmó que hay relación significativa entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral, además, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman fue 0.483, el cual, significa que hay una relación positiva moderada. En conclusión, en la cooperativa si existe una relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral, se demuestra que a mejor gestión del talento humano mejor desempeño laboral.
The objective of this research was to determine how the management of human talent is associated with the work performance of the employees of the Inclusive Savings and Credit Cooperative, Quilmaná 2023. Basic research was used, at a correlational level, with a design not cross-sectional experimental and quantitative method; The universe of the population under study was 62 collaborators. The technique used for the research was the census-type survey, non-probabilistic and convenience sampling, which had the questionnaire as its instrument, thereby absolving the questions of each variable, a very high reliability was identified in both variables, according to the coefficient of Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.860. The data collected has been processed using the SPSS and Excel programs, the results obtained are presented through tables and figures that are part of this research. The non-parametric Spearman test was used, with respect to the level of significance between both variables it was <0.001 less than 0.05, where it was stated that there is a significant relationship between human talent management and job performance, in addition, the Rho coefficient Spearman's test was 0.483, which means that there is a moderate positive relationship. In conclusion, in the cooperative there is a relationship between human talent management and job performance, it is shown that the better human talent management, the better job performance.
