Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar el grado de relación entre el control previo y la gestión administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cerro Azul, Año 2024. Este estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica con un diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional. La población y muestra no probabilística estuvo determinada por 47 servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Cerro Azul durante el 2024. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario el cual estuvo conformada por 12 items en la variable control previo y 12 items para la variable gestión administrativa. Se pudo tener como resultados en la variable control previo que el 4,3% indican un nivel bajo, el 53,2% un nivel regular y el 42,6%; mientras que la variable gestión administrativa se obtuvo que el 44,7% indican un nivel regular y el 55,3%. Se concluyó que el control previo se relaciona de manera significativa con la gestión administrativa, ya que se obtuvo un valor de Pearson igual a 0,756, el cual indica una correlación positiva alta, además, se tuvo un valor de Sig. igual a 0,000, lo que estadísticamente fue significativo
The main objective of this research work was to determine the degree of relationship between the previous control and the administrative management of the District Municipality of Cerro Azul, Year 2024. This study had a quantitative approach, basic type with a non-experimental design and correlational scope. The population and non-probabilistic sample was determined by 47 public servants of the District Municipality of Cerro Azul during 2024. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, which consisted of 12 items for the previous control variable and 12 items for the administrative management variable. The results for the prior control variable showed that 4.3% indicated a low level, 53.2% a regular level and 42.6%; while for the administrative management variable, 44.7% indicated a regular level and 55.3% a regular level. It was concluded that prior control is significantly related to administrative management, since a Pearson value equal to 0.756 was obtained, which indicates a high positive correlation, and a Sig. value equal to 0.000, which was statistically significant.
