Abstract
La presente investigación, titulada “Oferta turística y la satisfacción de los turistas que visitan el parque zonal Chavín de Huántar en el distrito de Quilmaná, Cañete – 2024”, tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre las variables. El estudio parte de una problemática identificada en la limitada oferta turística del lugar, caracterizada por la escasa promoción, ausencia de guías especializados y falta de innovación en los servicios ofrecidos, factores que afectan negativamente la experiencia del turista. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, con un nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo compuesta por los 18,500 turistas que visitaron el parque durante el año 2024. A través del cálculo muestral se seleccionó una muestra representativa de 264 visitantes, considerando un nivel de confianza del 90 % y un margen de error del 5 %. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, mediante un cuestionario estructurado con 15 ítems por variable, utilizando la escala de Likert. Los datos fueron procesados mediante el software estadístico SPSS. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva moderada (p = 0.566) entre la oferta turística y la satisfacción del visitante, lo que evidencia la influencia directa de la calidad de los servicios turísticos en la percepción del turista. Se concluye que el fortalecimiento de una oferta turística diversificada y bien gestionada es fundamental para mejorar la experiencia del visitante y posicionar al parque como un destino turístico relevante en la provincia de Cañete
The present research, titled “Tourism Offer and Tourist Satisfaction at the Chavín de Huántar Zonal Park in the District of Quilmaná, Cañete – 2024,” aims to analyze the relationship between these variables. The study originates from a problem identified in the limited tourism offer of the area, characterized by poor promotion, lack of specialized guides, and insufficient innovation in the services provided—factors that negatively affect the tourist experience. A quantitative approach was employed, using a basic research type, with a correlational level and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population consisted of the 18,500 tourists who visited the park in 2024. A representative sample of 264 visitors was selected through a sampling calculation, considering a 90% confidence level and a 5% margin of error. The technique used was a survey, through a structured questionnaire with 15 items per variable, using the Likert scale. Data were processed using the SPSS statistical software. The results revealed a moderate positive correlation (p = 0.566) between the tourism offer and visitor satisfaction, showing the direct influence of the quality of tourism services on the tourist’s perception. It is concluded that strengthening a diversified and well-managed tourism offer is essential to improve the visitor experience and position the park as a relevant tourist destination in the province of Cañete.
