Abstract
La presente investigación fue realizada con el objetivo general de determinar en que medida un sistema web mejora la gestión de pagos en el mercado Fintech de la empresa Gopas S.A.C, Lima, 2024. Para el desarrollo del software se usó la metodología XP (ExtremProgramming) una metodología ágil que se centra en el análisis, diseño e implementación de software. Las tecnologías usadas fueron Laravel y Mysql para el Backend y Vuejs con Tailwinen el Frontend. La investigación se optó de tipo aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño preexperimental. En cuanto a la muestra poblacional fue de 25 registros de pagos durante el periodo de 30 días. EL muestreo fue de Censal. La técnica se utilizó el fichaje y l ficha de registro como instrumento de recolección de datos. Los resultados obtenidos fueron, para el primer indicador Tiempo promedio de registro de clientes (TPRC) se logró una mejor del 78.26%, con el segundo indicador, tiempo promedio de registro de pagos (TPRP) se logró una mejora del 66.02%, en el tercer indicador, tiempo promedio de emisión de comprobante electrónicos (TPCE) se demostró una mejora de 82.33%, para el cuarto indicador de tiempo promedio de emisión de reportes (TPER) se logró una mejora del 89.47%. De acuerdo con lo resultados obtenidos, se concluye que la implementación de un sistema web mejor significativamente la gestión de pagos en la empresa mencionada.
This research was carried out with the general objective of determining to what extent a web system improves payment management in the Fintech market of the company Gopass S.A.C, Lima, 2024. For the development of the software, the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology was used, an agile methodology that focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of the software. The technologies used were Laravel and Mysql for the Backend and Vuejs with Tailwind in the Frontend. The research was chosen as an applied type with a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental design. Regarding the population sample, it was 25 payment records during the 30-day period. The sampling was from a Census. The technique used was the signing and the registration form as a data collection instrument. The results obtained were, for the first indicator Average customer registration time (TPRC) an improvement of 78.26% was achieved, with the second indicator, average payment registration time (TPRP) an improvement of 66.02% was achieved, in the third indicator, average time of issuance of electronic vouchers (TPCE) an improvement of 82.33% was shown, for the fourth indicator of average time of issuance of reports (TPER) an improvement of 89.47% was achieved. According to the results obtained, it is concluded that the implementation of a web system significantly improves payment management in the aforementioned company.
