Abstract
La investigación “Condiciones laborales y calidad de vida laboral en los trabajadores de la empresa CYNARA PERU S.A.C. - Cañete, 2024” fue llevada a cabo con el objetivo de establecer la relación entre las condiciones laborales y la calidad de vida laboral de los
trabajadores, el estudio se abordó desde un enfoque cuantitativo, bajo el diseño no
experimental transversal y con alcance correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 137 trabajadores que efectúan sus labores en el área de producción, saneamiento y mantenimiento de la empresa CYNARA PERU S.A.C. Para la medición de las variables se emplearon dos cuestionarios: el cuestionario de condiciones laborales de 15 reactivos y el cuestionario de calidad de vida laboral con 20 reactivos; ambos instrumentos fueron validados mediante juicio de expertos resultando aplicables. La confiabilidad, fue obtenido mediante el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach, resultando 0.836 para el cuestionario de condiciones laborares y de 0.958 para la calidad de vida laboral. Se reporta como resultados que el 85.4% de la muestra percibieron como adecuadas las condiciones laborales y el 69.34% considera como alto a la calidad de vida laboral. Del análisis inferencial, se reporta una correlación positiva significativa (Sig. < 0.05) además, un coeficiente de correlación Rho = 0.783, concluyendo que existe correlación positiva entre ambas variables.
The research titled "Working Conditions and Quality of Work Life of Employees at CYNARA PERU S.A.C. - Cañete, 2024" was conducted with the aim of establishing the relationship between working conditions and the quality of work life of the employees. The study was approached from a quantitative perspective, using a non-experimental crosssectional design with correlational scope. The sample consisted of 137 employees working in the production, sanitation, and maintenance areas of CYNARA PERU S.A.C. To measure the variables, two questionnaires were used: a 15-item questionnaire on working conditions and a 20-item questionnaire on quality of work life. Both instruments Were validated through expert judgment, resulting in their applicability. Reliability was Obtained through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in 0.836 for the working conditions questionnaire and 0.958 for the quality of work life questionnaire. The results Show that 85.4% of the sample perceived the working conditions as adequate, and 69.34% consider the quality of work life to be high. From the inferential analysis, a significant positive correlation (Sig. < 0.05) was reported, with Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient of 0.783, concluding that there is a positive correlation between the two variables
