Abstract
Esta investigación se formuló como objetivo principal, determinar cuál es la relación entre el control interno y la gestión del talento humano en los colaboradores del área de producción de la empresa Conta Pack, Cañete-2023. Su marco metodológico fue cuantitativo y tuvo un diseño no-experimental transeccional, asimismo, el alcance fue correlacional y se aplicó un método hipotético deductivo. Para el recojo de datos, se aplicaron dos cuestionarios validados y confiables a una muestra total de 80 colaboradores del área de producción. La estadística descriptiva demostró que el control interno tuvo una percepción en un nivel alto de forma predominante de 56.3%, mientras que la gestión del talento humano fue del 55%. Se logró concluir que el control interno se correlaciona de manera significativa (p = 0,000) con la gestión del talento humano en los colaboradores del área de producción de la empresa Conta Pack, Cañete-2023; en tanto que, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman fue de 0,905 lo que señala una correlación de sentido positiva y fuerza alta entre las variables
This research was formulated with the main objective of determining the relationship between internal control and human talent management among the production area employees at Conta Pack, Cañete-2023. Its methodological framework was quantitative and employed a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. Additionally, the scope was correlational, and a hypothetical-deductive method was applied. For data collection, two validated and reliable questionnaires were administered to a total sample of 80 employees from the production area. Descriptive statistics showed that internal control was predominantly perceived at a high level by 56.3%, while human talent management was at 55%. It was concluded that internal control is significantly correlated (p = 0.000) with human talent management among the production area employees at Conta Pack, Cañete-2023; moreover, the Spearman's Rho coefficient was 0.905, indicating a positive and strong correlation between the variables.
