Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como título “Competitividad laboral y eficiencia del personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quilmaná, periodo 2023”. Siendo un tema de gran importancia para las organizaciones porque se busca analizar el rol protagónico del talento humano en las diversas funciones que cumplen en su entorno
laboral. Tal es así, que se plantea como problema general de la investigación: ¿En qué
medida se relaciona la competitividad laboral y eficiencia del personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quilmaná, en el periodo 2023?, tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera la competitividad laboral se relaciona con la eficiencia del personal. Así mismo, se plantea como hipotesis general, la competitividad laboral se relaciona significativamente con la eficiencia del personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quilmaná, en el periodo 2023. Es un estudio de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptivo, correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 120 colaboradores. Para recolectar los datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, del mismo modo para la variable competitividad laboral y eficiencia del personal se aplicó el instrumento del cuestionario de 20 ítems en la escala de Likert. Para el procesamiento de los datos obtenidos se empleó el programa estadístico SPSS versión 29. En cuanto a la confiabilidad los instrumentos fueron sometidos y evaluados con el Coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. En base a los resultados obtenidos, se comprueba según correlación de Rho de Spearman un valor de 0.624 de las variables de estudio, con una significancia menor a 5% (p=0,0000) con nivel de confianza del 95%. Por último, podemos afirmar que existe relación positiva moderada entre la competitividad laboral y la eficiencia del personal de la Municipalidad Distrital de Quilmaná, periodo 2023.
The present research work is entitled “Labor competitiveness and efficiency of the personnel of the District Municipality of Quilmaná, period 2023”. It is a topic of great importance for organizations because it seeks to analyze the leading role of human talent in the various functions they perform in their work environment. Thus, the general problem of the research is: To what extent is labor competitiveness and efficiency of the personnel of the District Municipality of Quilmaná related in the period 2023? The objective is to determine how labor competitiveness is related to the efficiency of the personnel. Likewise, the general hypothesis is that labor competitiveness is significantly related to the efficiency of the personnel of the District Municipality of Quilmaná in the period 2023. It is an applied study, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive, correlational level. The population consisted of 120 employees. The survey technique was used to collect the data, and the 20-item Likert scale questionnaire instrument was used for the labor competitiveness and personnel efficiency variable. The SPSS version 29 statistical program was used to process the data obtained. As for reliability, the instruments were subjected and evaluated with Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. Based on the results obtained, a value of 0.624 of the study variables was verified according to Spearman's Rho correlation, with a significance of less than 5% (p=0.0000) with a confidence level of 95%.
