Abstract
La presente investigación titulada “influencia del turismo gastronómico sostenible para el desarrollo de la actividad turística en el distrito de Nuevo Imperial, Cañete, 2022”tiene como principal objetivo determinar cómo influye el turismo gastronómico sostenible para el desarrollo de la actividad turística en el distrito de Nuevo Imperial. Asimismo, el estudio abarcó un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo aplicada y método hipotético deductivo. Para la constatación de la hipótesis se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación no paramétrica de Spearman.
La aplicación de los instrumentos permitió la recopilación de datos estadísticos, estos fueron validadas por expertos. Las encuestas fueron referentes a las variables turismo gastronómico sostenible y actividad turística, tomando las dimensiones que estas abarcan: gastronomía, turismo gastronómico, sostenibilidad alimentaria, oferta turística, demanda turística, operadores turísticos. Los instrumentos se aplicaron a los pobladores del distrito de Nuevo Imperial, Cañete, Lima, considerándose un muestreo no probabilístico. Los resultados demostraron que, si existe una relación entre el turismo gastronómico sostenible y la actividad turística en el distrito de Nuevo Imperial, región Lima. La prueba estadística Rho de Spearman arrojó un valor de 0,481 evidenciándose una correlación moderada, además con un p valor de 0,000 < 0,05, que estadísticamente es significativo. Concluyendo que, con un mayor fortalecimiento de la gastronomía junto a los demás elementos turísticos del distrito de manera sostenible beneficia la oferta y demanda de los operadores turísticos, generando puestos de trabajos e ingreso de divisas para la población en general.
The main objective of this research entitled “Influence of sustainable gastronomic tourism on the development of tourist activity in the district of Nuevo Imperial, Cañete, 2022” is to determine how sustainable gastronomic tourism influences the development of tourist activity in the district of Nuevo Imperial. Likewise, the study included a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, applied type and hypothetical-deductive method. To verify the hypothesis, Spearman's non-parametric correlation coefficient was used. The application of the instruments allowed the collection of statistical data, these were validated by experts. The surveys were related to the variables sustainable gastronomic tourism and tourist activity, taking the dimensions that these include: gastronomy, gastronomic tourism, food sustainability, tourism supply, tourism demand, tour operators. The instruments were applied to the inhabitants of the district of Nuevo Imperial, Cañete, Lima, considering a non-probabilistic sampling. The results showed that, if there is a relationship between sustainable gastronomic tourism and tourist activity in the Nuevo Imperial district, Lima region. The Spearman Rho statistical test yielded a value of 0.481 showing a moderate correlation, also with a p value of 0.000 <0.05, which is statistically significant. Concluding that, with a greater strengthening of the gastronomy together with the other tourist elements of the district in a sustainable way, it benefits the supply and demand of tour operators, generating jobs and foreign exchange income for the general population.
