Abstract
La investigación tuvo por objetivo demostrar si la gestión del conocimiento se relaciona con la cadena de suministro en las empresas vitivinícolas del distrito de Lunahuaná, periodo 2023, el tipo de investigación fue con un enfoque cuantitativo- deductivo, perteneciente a la investigación aplicada no experimental, transversal, de nivel correlacional. Se estudió la relación entre las variables gestión de conocimiento con la cadena de suministro. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 121 colaboradores una muestra seleccionada por conveniencia, el instrumento de recolección de datos aplicado fue el cuestionario. Los resultados se analizaron y procesaron con el programa estadístico SPSS versión 25. Para demostrar la correlación entre las variables y dimensiones se utilizó la prueba de normalidad. La investigación se concluyó que existe una correlación positiva alta entre gestión de conocimiento y la cadena de suministro, es decir, que a medida que exista mejor gestión de conocimiento habrá un mejor rendimiento en la cadena de suministro en las empresas vitivinícolas del distrito de Lunahuaná.
The objective of the research was to demonstrate the relationship between knowledge management and the supply chain in the wine companies of the district of Lunahuaná, period 2023, the type of research was with a quantitative-deductive approach, belonging to the applied non- experimental research, transversal, correlational level. The relationship between the variables knowledge management and the supply chain was studied. The population consisted of a total of 150 employees from different wine companies and wineries in the district of Lunahuaná and the sample used was 121 employees, the data collection instrument applied was the questionnaire. The results were analysed and processed with the statistical programme SPSS version 25. The normality test was used to demonstrate the correlation between the variables and dimensions. The research concluded that there is a high positive correlation between knowledge management and the supply chain, i.e. the better the knowledge management, the better the performance of the supply chain in the wine companies in the district of Lunahuaná.
