Abstract
En el contexto organizacional actual, muchas instituciones enfrentan el desafío de mantener altos niveles de compromiso entre sus empleados. Una de las problemáticas más comunes es la desconexión y la falta de compromiso laboral, lo cual puede afectar
negativamente la productividad de los trabajadores. La Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo
Imperial – Cañete no es la excepción a esta problemática. Los empleados administrativos
de la municipalidad han mostrado signos de desmotivación y desconexión con los objetivos organizacionales. En este sentido, la problemática de esta investigación es: ¿De qué manera el endomarketing se relaciona con el engagement laboral del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete, 2023?. De tal
manera, se planteó como objetivo general determinar de qué manera el endomarketing se
relaciona con el engagement laboral del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad
Distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete, 2023. La metodología empleada fue de tipo básica,
nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, enfoque cuantitativo y con un método hipotético deductivo. La población, que a su vez fue la muestra la constituyeron los 120 colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial - Cañete. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario basado en interrogantes acerca del endomarketing y engagement laboral. El instrumento de investigación fue validado mediante juicio de expertos y el estadístico V de Aiken y su confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados, según el coeficiente Rho Spearman (r =0.682), y un nivel de significancia (p = 0.000 ˂ 0.05) confirman que existe una relación positiva fuerte entre en endomarketing y el engagement laboral dentro de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete. Es decir, a medida que existe un alto nivel de endomarketing en la institución, habrá un mayor engagement por parte del personal administrativo de la Municipalidad Distrital de Nuevo Imperial – Cañete
In the current organizational context, many institutions face the challenge of maintaining high levels of commitment among their employees. One of the most common problems is disconnection and lack of work commitment, which can negatively affect workers' productivity. In this sense, endomarketing is presented as an effective strategy to strengthen the relationship between the organization and its employees, promoting a more efficient and satisfactory work environment. The general objective of this research was to determine how endomarketing is related to the work engagement of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Nuevo Imperial – Cañete, 2023. The methodology used was basic, correlational level, non-experimental design. transversal, quantitative approach and with a hypothetical deductive method. The population, which in turn was the sample, was made up of the 120 administrative collaborators of the District Municipality of Nuevo Imperial - Cañete. The technique used was the survey, whose instrument was the questionnaire based on questions about endomarketing and work engagement. The research instrument was validated through expert judgment and Aiken's V statistic and its reliabili ty through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results, according to the Rho Spearman coefficient (r = 0.682), and a level of significance (p = 0.000 ˂ 0.05) confirm that there is a strong positive relationship between endomarketing and work engagement within the District Municipality of Nuevo Imperial – Cañete . That is, as there is a high level of endomarketing in the institution, there will be greater engagement by the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Nuevo Imperial – Cañete.
