Abstract
La finalidad del presente trabajo de investigación fue deslindar el grado de influencia que
existía entre el clima organizacional y la gestión administrativa en la Red de Salud Cañete
Yauyos, periodo 2019. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, no
experimental, método explicativo, transversal, en cuanto a la encuesta y el cuestionario fue la técnica y el instrumento fue validado por expertos y a la vez confiable. La población fue de 50 trabajadores de la Red de Salud. Los resultados obtenidos mediante la presente
investigación fue que existe influencia favorable del clima organizacional en la gestión
administrativa en los trabajadores que laboran en las diferentes áreas de la red de salud

The general objective of this research work was to determine the level of relationship that exists between the organizational climate and administrative management in the Cañete Yauyos Health Network, period. The type of research was applied, qualitative, non- experimental approach, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional method, in terms of the survey and the questionnaire was the technique and the instrument was validated by experts and at the same time reliable. The population was 50 employees of the Health Network. The results obtained through the present investigation were that there is a favorable incidence of the organizational climate in the administrative management in terms of the workers who work in the different areas of the Cañete Yauyos health network, in terms of the administrative area
