    “Aplicación móvil en la plataforma android para el acceso a la información en la municipalidad provincial de Cañete – 2021”

    The adoption of mobile technologies has transcended exponentially throughout the world in recent years, therefore, the great challenge for public organizations is to successfully implement technological initiatives that are included in the framework of digital government. In this sense, the objective of this research is to develop a mobile application on the Android platform to improve access to information for users of the Provincial Municipality of Cañete. The development methodology used was Mobile-D based on the exploration, initialization, production, stabilization and testing of the product; In addition, it favored agile and timely development, as well as guaranteed the quality and usability of the mobile application. The results indicated that after the development of the software and the analysis of the variables, an average of 8.75 points was obtained in the pretest, while in the posttest the result of 14.27 was observed, with a significant difference of 5.52 points, concluding that satisfactorily improved access to information in relation to inquiries about procedures, driver's licenses and events carried out by the Provincial Municipality of Cañete. This contributes to providing general access to information as a fundamental support to restore societies with inclusive and resilient knowledge, capable of achieving sustainable development.
